@SwiggyCares , @Swiggy : My food delivery took 2 hours while the restaurant is just nearby.Troubling is the fact that delivery guy was at 5 minutes distance in map for over 1 hour but Swiggy wouldnt assign customer support and the bot kept giving back time.

@LuluRetail , @luluindia ; I purchased grocery worth Rs.8500 from Lulu Daily VR mall yesterday. Got 4 ID dosa batter packets all of them having expiry date of yesterday.When I contacted customer care they are not processing refund!Bad service.

@zomatocare : Food. Delivery is delayed 30 minutes & yet food isn't delivered. The delivery person says vehicle battery needs replacement. Zomato support keeps giving bot replies and doesn't assign to person. Do not recommended Zomato due to bad customer support!

@AOSmithin Again bad service as technician cleaned tank,made a call & left saying he will take Spanner for replacing glass & be back.
