I was charged 4 times for the same subscription wanted to ask for a refund. I made sure I reach out to your help and support forums no one responded straight away. Attached the screenshot for 3 payments made by me for the same subscription
@StarHealthIns I have never expected your system to be this faulty. I thought its genuine and paid upfront and then the agent blocked my number and when tried to contact via alternate number, she said my father’s policy got rejected. Not sure why did she block, need refund ASAP
@abslmf I have been trying to reach out to you guys regarding one of my redemption request. My experience with you is very frustrating, I am not sure on the due diligence your account team puts at verifying the accounts linked to folio
@abslmf I still haven’t received anything from you guys, about what happened to my redemption. They say they have transferred to my inactive bank account and redemption is completed. This is not fair and this needs to be escalated. I have shared folio details on personal chat
Don't you think this could result in a potential business loss? I'm ready to get on a call to resolve this. I disagree with this policy and want immediate access to my account.
When I tried logging in through other methods, I was asked for a valid state ID, which I provided. Now, I'm being told it will take 2-3 days to verify and get back to me.
@PaytmMoneyCare It is very frustrating experience to change the default bank account option in Paytm money and there is no customer care support for that as well. Can this bug be fixed ASAP
@OffCMCVellore My father is 69 years old. He is diagnosed with Aortic Stenosis and being suggested by doctors for Aortic Valve Replacement. All are suggesting very costly procedures, which we can’t afford due to our financial position. Please help 🙏
