Prepaid Recharge Customers के साथ हो रही लूट का मुद्दा आज मैंने Parliament में उठाया।

(a) अगर आपका recharge खत्म हो जाए तो Outgoing Calls बंद होना समझ में आता है, लेकिन Incoming Calls बंद करना मनमानी है।रिचार्ज खत्म होते ही न कोई आपसे संपर्क कर सकता है और न ही आपके फोन पर OTP जैसे जरूरी मैसेज आ पाते हैं। Emergency के हालातों में व्यक्ति बेसहारा हो जाता है।

(b) 28 दिन का Recharge plan एक scam है। साल में महीने 12 होते हैं लेकिन रिचार्ज 13 बार करवाना पड़ता है (28 days x 13 times = 364 days).
Recharge plan की वैधता calender months (30–31 दिन) के हिसाब से होनी चाहिए, क्योंकि 28 दिन के चक्कर में लोगों को साल भर में एक अतिरिक्त रिचार्ज करवाना पड़ता है।

मोबाइल आज के समय में Luxury नहीं, बल्कि आम नागरिक की Necessity बन चुका है।

इसलिए टेलीकॉम कंपनियों को उपभोक्ताओं के साथ Fair और Transparent रवैया रखना चाहिए।

उन्हें आपके वोट की ज़रूरत ही नहीं, इसलिए आपकी समस्याओं की परवाह भी नहीं।

आज की स्थिति आपके सामने है -

- रिकॉर्डतोड़ बेरोज़गारी के कारण युवाओं के भविष्य बर्बाद हो रहे हैं। सरकार पूंजीपतियों के खजाने भरती रही!

- NEET, SSC, Paper leak जैसे घोटालों ने लाखों छात्रों के करियर तबाह कर दिए। सरकार ने मुंह ही फेर लिया!

- महंगाई आसमान छू रही है, जिससे आम आदमी का जीना दूभर हो गया है। मगर, सरकार टैक्स बढ़ाती गई!

- रेल हादसों और सड़कों, पुलों जैसे बुनियादी ढांचों के टूटने में सैकड़ों निर्दोष लोगों की असमय मृत्यु हुई। मगर सरकार ने जवाबदेही तक नहीं तय की।

- पहलगाम से लेकर मणिपुर तक आतंक और हिंसा की घटनाएं हुईं - सैकड़ों लोग मरे। सरकार ने ज़िम्मेदारी तक नहीं ली!

- नोटबंदी, कोरोना और किसान आंदोलन में लाखों लोगों की जान गई। प्रधानमंत्री ने सहायता तो दूर, संवेदना तक नहीं दिखाई!

क्यों? क्योंकि यह सरकार आपकी चुनी नहीं, वोट चोरी से बनी है।

आप जिएं, मरें, तड़पते रहें - इन्हें कोई फ़र्क नहीं पड़ता। इन्हें भरोसा है कि जनता वोट दे या न दे, वो चोरी से फिर सत्ता में आ ही जाएंगे।

साफ-सुथरी वोटर लिस्ट स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव की बुनियाद है। अपने मताधिकार को यूं जाने मत दीजिए - क्योंकि आपके सारे अधिकार इसी बुनियाद पर टिके हैं।

अपनी सरकार चुनिए - जो सचमुच आपकी हो, आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी उठाए और आपके प्रति जवाबदेह हो।

भारत माता और देश के संविधान की रक्षा अपने वोट से कीजिए।
