Most of the gain came from the base model (GPT-5/5.5), not Microsoft's layer. On ER cases it barely moved the needle. A real trial with Beth Israel in Boston starts now.
AI as a doctor's second opinion: yes. Replacement: not yet.
Would you trust an AI diagnosis?
AI got tough diagnoses right 83% of the time. Doctors? 36%.
Microsoft's MAI-DxO study just landed in Science. Big headline, but there's a catch: it was a simulation, not real patients, and no specialists were in the comparison.

Patience is a weapon. Most people never learn to use it.
In data work and client work, the slow part is usually the part that matters. Clean data, real trust, tools that hold up.
Don't rush results. Build what lasts.

R&D up 69% to $2.76B, factory spending more than doubled to $4.73B. FSD subscriptions hit 1.74M (+67%), but deliveries dipped about 2% to 486,532.
Tesla still sells cars, but spends like a robot company.
In 10 years, cars or robots?
Europe's two best-selling cars in September were both Teslas. Model Y and Model 3.
Yet Tesla's Q3 profit fell 43% to $787M.
The money is going into robots. Optimus production just started at Fremont.

Folded it's a 5.4" phone, open it's a 7.6" mini tablet, 5.2mm thin, 254g. A20 Pro chip, IP68.
Before buying: it's eSIM-only, no charger in the box, no Face ID (Touch ID), no telephoto lens.
iPhone Duo, or a laptop + a regular phone?
Apple's first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, goes on sale tomorrow at $1,999. A Dhaka shop already lists it at Tk 3.40 lakh.
The catch: US orders placed now may not arrive until January.

The bright side: revenue went from $1.1B to $16.3B in six months, faster than compute costs ($2.3B to ~$9B). But two customers made up ~25% of 2025 revenue, and it's still a draft, not audited.
Bold bet or dangerous one?
Anthropic's draft IPO filing shows an $80.7B loss in 6 months. Scary? Mostly not.
~$72B of it is a non-cash accounting charge. The real worry: ~$450B in cloud commitments, mostly non-cancellable.

The notice says music helps reels reach more people, so picking a track shouldn't cost you. Nothing to do on your end.
The catch: it's 90 seconds or less. Longer licensed music may still reduce earnings, and it looks like a gradual rollout.
Have you seen this notice yet?
Licensed music in your reels may no longer cut your earnings.
Meta is telling some creators: reels with 90 seconds or less of licensed music won't lower what you earn.
No public announcement yet, so check your notifications.

Web data is just noise until you use it.
Public prices, reviews and listings help marketing only when they answer one clear question.

LeCun's math: specific impulse under 50 seconds, so even if half the car were compressed air, you'd get maybe 5 to 10 seconds of thrust. The car would need to be a light shell full of tanks.
Elon answered with Monty Python.
Whose side are you on?
Yann LeCun did the math on Tesla's flying Roadster: compressed air gives under 10 sec of useful thrust. "Cute demo, but totally impractical."
Elon's reply: "I fart in your general direction" 💨

Two things the viral list got wrong: Meta didn't cancel the Manus deal, China's regulator forced it. And 3 of OpenAI's math papers were withdrawn over a sign error.
Flood of announcements, drought of access.
Does this pace make you tired or excited?
"The craziest week in AI history" had 12 announcements.
We checked them all. Almost all are real, but most you can't use today.
Live now: GPT-6 in ChatGPT, Gemini 4 Argon, Claude Haiku 5.5. Still waiting: Mistral Large 4 open weights.

That 90% is for Claude Code only — not all of Anthropic.
Daily merges into their main codebase went from ~2,500 in May to 30,000+ in September. Humans can't line-read that.
Rule that stuck with me: AI approval never replaces a human. Who reviews AI-written code on your team?
Claude Code now writes ~90% of its own code.
From June to September, merges more than doubled, and reverts dropped over 40%.
How? Layered AI review + humans only where the risk is high.

The catch: first shown in 2017 with 2020 deliveries promised, production now slips to 2028. Price is expected above $250K, the Thrust version needs a $250K deposit, and Musk isn't sure it'll be street legal everywhere.
Do you think it really hits the road in 2028?
Tesla just made a Roadster flip mid-air and land on its wheels.
At SpaceX's Texas test site, 10 cold gas thrusters running on compressed air (no rocket fuel) flipped it from a 65 ft drop. Claimed 0-60 in 0.81 sec.
