Mitch was absolved from the false allegations of Domestic Violence against his ex-wife (still legally married) Lanee Snow.

Judge True on the record kept trying to get Mitch to admit he committed Domestic Violence against Lanee and that he would not "repeat" it.
How can you "repeat" something when you didn't do it in the first place?
I had provided here on X that was just reshared that proof as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Whisman had to absolve him of this because all of the allegations were false.

Judge Sonia Rodriguez True who presided over his DV case yesterday doesn't know the difference between right and wrong. Truth and lies. She admitted at Mitch's first hearing that she did not have full access to his case. She acknowledged that Lanee should have never used a locksmith to break into his home and Lanee said it was "bad advice"

He also can't speak out at meetings any more and she got really bitchy about it.

The same day Mitch and I attended the Benton County Commissioners and spoke out.
She hired Mounts Locks to break into his home and on the record she admitted it was stupid of her to that and the judge reprimanded her and told her not to do that again. All acknowledged by Judge True, but Lanee still got another year where Mitch cant see his son. Unconstitutional.
