It was President Biden who joined the picket line and Republicans want voters to forget that fact.

Details: Hourly workers at Ford, the first to reach a deal with the union, supported the agreement by more than 69%.

At Stellantis, it was 70%.

Hourly employees at General Motors Co., the last to reach an agreement, passed the deal by almost 55%.

That averages out to 64% across all three, according to the UAW!!

These UAW gains come amid a year of heightened strike activity and workplace activism that has helped workers across several U.S. industries win lucrative new contracts.

Yesterday on TV, I mistakenly used the wrong word to express the importance for America that Donald Trump doesn’t become President again.

While he must be defeated, I certainly wish no harm to him and do not condone political violence.

BREAKING: President Biden strikes a powerful blow against MAGA bigotry by releasing a moving statement on Transgender Day of Remembrance, says that there is "no place for hate" in America.

But it gets even better...

Biden once again demonstrated the massive differences between himself and the deeply hateful Donald Trump by stating that "no one should be discriminated against simply for being themselves."

He drew attention to the fact that tragically 26 transgender Americans had their lives taken this past year and said that "each one of these deaths is a tragedy" and that "the true toll of those victimized is likely even higher, with the majority of those targeted being women of color."

With the fiery indignation that he has become known for, Biden called these tragedies "unacceptable" and touted the fact that his administration has "taken action to strengthen the rights, and protect the safety of transgender and all LGBTQI+ Americans."

Meanwhile, the Republican Party continues to spend its time demonizing and harming trans people.

The Biden White House ended the ban on transgender Americans serving in the military and he signed a "historic executive action to strengthen civil rights protections for all LGBTQI+ Americans."

On top of that, he launched the the LGBTQI+ Community Safety Partnership that "works hand-in-hand with LGBTQI+ community organizations to provide critical safety resources."

"We must never be silent in the face of hate. As we mourn the loss of transgender Americans taken too soon this year, we must also recommit ourselves to never stop fighting until all Americans can live free from discrimination," Biden concluded.

This is what true leadership looks like. LGBTQ Americans deserve the same dignity and safety that all other Americans are afforded. As long as Democrats are in power, they will ensure that bigotry is kept at bay.
