The person I replied to was commending ICE, who failed to take action when each of these perpetrators were arrested on misdemeanors prior to murdering. ICE has been failing Americans in many ways. There is NO excuse for this.

@1Nicdar @1Nicdar And while one of these murders happened under Trump's presidency in 2025, ICE failed to detain the suspect despite being informed prior to the murder. In fact it was reported by NBC: "It was unclear why he was not detained by ICE."
