@transport_wales @nationalrailenq my elderly grandad accidentally lost his return ticket in Birmingham yesterday but still had the receipt showing he had bought 2 return tickets. How is it they you couldn’t just print him a new one and he had to pay over £16 for a single.

Just looked through @boohoo_cshelp page, doesn’t look like my parcel is going to be here any time soon and starting to regret repurchasing premier delivery as looks like no one is getting anything next day atm. Wish they would advertise this 😭
