Remember, the Constitution does NOT stipulate the number of Supreme Court justices — that’s set by Congress. It’s been legally changed seven times over the years, with the size of the court varying from six to ten seats.

Since there are currently 13 federal appellate courts, many would argue that it makes sense to expand the Supreme Court to 13 seats. There’s also a broad public consensus that Congress should impose term limits on the court, along with a strict code of ethics for the justices.

Under Ron DeSantis:

- a high school student cannot take an AP course in African American studies.

- a 3rd grader can’t read a picture book about two male penguins raising a chick.

- a woman who may not have even known she was pregnant, can’t seek an abortion after only six weeks of pregnancy.

- but just about anyone 21 or older can carry a concealed loaded firearm in public without a permit, a background check or training.

Or in other words, in the state of Florida - guns have more rights than people do.
