@HeathrowAirport I have tried that number numerous times. It's fully automated, no option to speak to someone. For customs, it sends me to the home office. For baggage enquiries, it directs me to lost baggage and they couldn't help. I will be writing a detailed email believe me! Until then ...

@HeathrowAirport Sorry that's not good enough. It's not an airline issue now. I have spoken to 4 of the airline agents, it's not a lost baggage issue anymore! It's the fact that my carnet documents are with the ground staff at Heathrow and no one is assuring me that they will be sent with my bag!
@HeathrowAirport Yes it was - left in Johannesburg. I think my bag is now at Heathrow, about to be couriered.But I need someone to respond re. my carnet before my bag leaves the airport!It MUST be stamped and delivered with my bag. No response from the emails I've sent. No answers.
