First bank is the worst bank anyone can use. Pls if u guys are thinking of a bank to use, first bank should never be an option.

@FirstBankngr why was I debited even when my transaction didn’t go. First bank you guys debuted me yesterday of 5k and I’m still to get a refund. Same incident happened last week. I used pOS and I was debited 2 times when only one transaction was successful. Till date, no refund
