After getting into the queue quite quickly by luck, there were tickets available and I tried to purchase some 100+ times and could only ever get an error message. Then after over an hour it kicked me out and back the queue for no reason. This is so unacceptable. #TSxCapitalOne

@Ticketmaster there’s this thing called servers. They allow people to actually use a site without crashing. Get it together or give up your monopoly. Also your app hasn’t worked for weeks. The sign in function doesn’t work. Basic stuff.
