I’m organizing a small team of licensed therapists (any country) to provide sustained, trauma-informed support for Palestinians in Gaza.
Goal: a reliable, 12-month program, including one-offs, to help rebuild more than homes; mental health, dignity, the human right to happiness.
If you can commit 2–3 hrs/week, have experience with EMDR/CBT/grief/child & family work, and can practice in English or Arabic (or with interpreters), DM me. We’ll coordinate scheduling, secure platforms, translation, supervision, and burnout rotation.
Let’s build something steady and humane. 🇵🇸

Every 48 minutes in Congo, a woman or girl is raped. Acid attacks are rising and worse, but the world looks away because the blood pays for its iPhones, laptops, and tech addictions. Congo is being ripped apart so the West can upgrade its gadgets. Don’t you dare forget this. #FreeCongo

Where are all the “PrOtEcT are WoMen & GiRLs” patriots
I don’t see them protesting outside the court…. It’s almost like they have a hidden agenda 🤔
Heman Bekele, a 15-year-old from Ethiopia, has been named TIME’s 2024 Kid of the Year. He earned this honor after inventing an innovative soap designed to treat skin cancer.
The soap contains imiquimod, a medicine already used in creams for some cancers, but Bekele’s breakthrough was embedding the drug in lipid-based nanoparticles. This allows the treatment to stay on the skin longer, even after washing.
Bekele’s project won him the 2023 3M Young Scientist Challenge and drew global attention. While still in early testing, including studies in mice, his invention shows promise for creating a low-cost, accessible treatment for millions of people worldwide.
Scientists note that the next steps involve patents, regulatory approval, and clinical trials, but the potential impact is significant.
Feeling down about the world? This is Chicago teenager, Dorothy Jean Tillman. She is the youngest person in the world to obtain a PHD at 17 years old.
In a world with Dr. Tillmans, there is hope. 💙
Of the three people in this picture, one stabbed a 14 year old, one is an armed robber and the third kicked a man to death in a sectarian attack, but fear not, they’re now patrolling the streets claiming to protect women and children https://t.co/lQFxzaOuic

Four of my colleagues, journalists Mohammed Salama, Mohammed Al-Masri, Moath Abu-Taha, and Mariam Abu-Dagga,were killed in the strike on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis. They were voices of truth, and their loss is unbearable.
