@ScMesab@RepGregLandsman In NW Oklahoma there is one SS office that serves the entire NW part of the state. It’s a four hour drive for many residents. The public must call and set appts to go to the office. The appointments take more than two months to set up. In solid red Okla. SS is tough to access!!
@RealDonKeith What a loser. I’m sorry that your little guy has to experience grown up greed over a baseball. Please help him understand most adults don’t behave this way.
@FrankC164 @Acyn@realDonaldTrump And yet, millions of dollars r spent daily being paid by middle class and working class Americans to further Bezos and Amazon because they are too “busy or lazy” to actually go to a local store and buy what they want or need using money they don’t have and racking up cc$$$?!?
@ShereeWokeAF No we’ve not had a President who has been so disdainful of Americans who are unlike himself psychologically, economically, or socially. I hope we still have a democracy after he’s gone.
@SHesq16@JJussely@GovStitt Renters drive on roads, and use police/fire services and use water/trash/sewer so yes they should pay their share for these services.
@JJussely@GovStitt Ad Valorem is how schools and county government is funded in Oklahoma. Municipal governments operate from the portion of sales tax collections collected for local government and fees for services. The state captures 4.5% of every sales tax dollar collected.
@KatzClawz22@DataRepublican I am very concerned that someone with little to no exposure or govt service kkaàqbackground re govt programs is now making $$$ decisions. Why are cabinet secs and under secs not evaluating their staff/programs and making decisions? Do better Congress!
@geraldposner@cantcancelmimi School district leadership should have decided this well before the school year began. If the State of Washington cannot make laws that keep biological males from playing girls sports, work to change the law there. While your 15 yr old daughter is still in school relocate!!
Holy shit. This is scary.
Senator Chris Murphy just revealed on the Senate floor that Republicans now have the votes to cut $2 trillion in services for seniors on Medicare and kids on Medicaid. Tomorrow is the House’s vote.
$2 TRILLION IN CUTS.
The worst part 👇
Guess how much they plan on giving the super rich as a tax cut?
$2 TRILLION.
People are going to die including kids.
Tomorrow's House vote on the Republican budget proposal will determine the fate of Medicaid for up to 72 MILLION people!
Don't let them take away our healthcare for a tax cut for their greedy donors!
Please use this hashtag far and wide so we make it trending:
#DontCutOurMedicaid
@CalltoActivism Tarrio is an awful human. What I don’t get is how does he pay his way in life? Or does he have a slush fund, or sugar momma, or lives off the govt?
@P4PLB1914@the1stNoeI@MAGAmegaMAGA@RpsAgainstTrump Of course he likes “stirring the pot”, that’s what he does. The complainant had a right to be protesting, while I don’t think her tactics will do much good, she had a right to voice opposition to the Trump presidency.
@WCC1907 @KevinStitt Only a small percentage of registered voters actually voted in the 2024 election in Oklahoma. Yes, Trump carried the state, but the majority of voters did NOT vote. The elections of 2026 and 2028 will likely tell a different story in this state.
@traceydeemc@sarahkliff Folks, please understand the difference between Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare is public health insurance for those 65+ and Medicaid is public health insurance for low income and disabled persons of all ages. States must provide some percentage of match for Medicaid.
Today trump and his clown car are getting rid of over 200 at the FDIC which trump wants to eliminate. If this happens, there will be a run on banks. trump will not recover from this one
