Consider this. I heard weeks ago from an excellent source, that BR & PT were working together very closely. In fact PT was essentially BR’s appointment. I also heard that they had done exactly what we’d expect them to do and identified multiple targets for each position. That means that since the window opened, we’ve managed not to secure a few signings but probably 20+.
It’s either deliberate sabotage or staggering incompetence. It can’t be anything else.
