Instead of following MoH,You should follow published Gazette of India on your(NMC) functions &Your Letter on eligibility criteria to attempt NEET PG Exam,
You are simply ignored your basic duties and blindly following MoH.

Bt there stood a one man army mr RAVI. 👏kudos.
