Having the highest qualification in a certain field simply means u excelled academically and developed expertise in that specific area. It does not automatically mean u’re universally intelligent or wise in every aspect of life.
KNOWLEDGE IS SPECIALISED but wisdom, emotional intelligence, being street smart, leadership and common sense are entirely different strengths.
There is something called an educated fool but very hard to spot because Western education gowns and caps can camouflage it so well! 😉
If you can’t handle PRESSURE,
you can’t handle TREASURE.
If you can’t handle CRITICISM,
you can’t handle LEADERSHIP.
If you can’t handle STRESS,
you can’t handle SUCCESS.
If you can’t handle FAILURE,
you can’t handle GROWTH.
If you can’t handle DOUBTS,
you can’t handle DOLLARS.
If you can’t handle REJECTION,
you can’t handle DIRECTION.
If you can’t handle DISCIPLINE,
you can’t handle DESTINY.
HANDLE THE HARD TO EARN THE GREAT
So I opened my Bible this morning like I always do. No bookmark. No theme. No plan. Just opened it and started reading.
And I about fell out of my chair.
My eyes landed on a verse I have read before but clearly never felt.
Isaiah 45:3
“I will give you the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.”
Treasures.
Of darkness.
That stopped me.
There are things you learn in grief you will never learn in comfort. There is authority forged in suffering that cannot be manufactured on a stage. There is intimacy with God that only grows when everything else has been stripped away.
Hidden riches.
Not obvious blessings. Not flashy miracles.
Hidden.
There is depth being built in you that applause could not sustain.
The darkness is not your grave.
It is your treasury.
And when God brings you out, you will not just be relieved.
You will be refined. You will be stronger. You will know Him in a way you never could have if the lights had stayed on.
I thought I was randomly opening my Bible this morning.
But Heaven had an appointment.
And if you needed this today, maybe it was not random for you either💗
There is a kind of battle many believers don’t talk about openly—the battle of the secret place.
It’s strange how going to church can feel easy. You wake up, prepare, show up, worship with others, listen to the Word… and it flows. But the moment it becomes just you, your Bible, and your prayer space at home, everything suddenly feels like resistance. That family altar you desire to build becomes one of the hardest things to sustain.
You plan to pray… suddenly you feel tired.
You decide to fast… your body begins to react.
You set time for God… distractions multiply.
You open your Bible… sleep shows up uninvited.
It’s not ordinary. That is a real battle.
Because the enemy is not afraid of your church attendance as much as he is afraid of your consistency in the secret place. He knows that a man who has built a strong altar at home is a man who cannot be easily shaken in public.
The truth is, the family altar is where strength is forged.
It is where your spirit is sharpened.
It is where your authority is built quietly before it is seen openly.
But sustaining it? That’s where many people struggle.
You begin with fire, passion, and determination…
Then life starts happening.
Some days you’re genuinely tired.
Some days you don’t feel like praying.
Some days everything in you resists opening that Bible.
And other days, distractions don’t just come—they flood in.
That’s why you must understand this deeply:
You cannot build or sustain a family altar by human strength.
If you try, you will burn out.
If you rely on emotions, you will be inconsistent.
If you depend on motivation, you will stop.
This is not a discipline that survives on willpower.
This is a grace that is sustained by God.
Even the desire to pray… is helped by God.
Even the strength to stay consistent… is supplied by God.
That’s why many times, before you even pray, you must pray for help to pray.
“Lord, help me to seek You.”
“Lord, give me strength to stay.”
“Lord, sustain my hunger for You.”
Because the secret place is not just about effort—it is about partnership with God.
And here is the mystery:
The same place that feels like a battle at the beginning… becomes a place of rest when you stay long enough.
At first, you struggle to enter.
But later, you struggle to leave.
At first, it feels dry.
But later, it becomes life itself.
At first, it feels like discipline.
But later, it becomes delight.
The family altar is not sustained by perfection, but by persistence.
You will miss some days.
You will feel weak at times.
You will have moments where you don’t feel anything.
But don’t stop.
Even if it’s 5 minutes—show up.
Even if it’s one verse—read it.
Even if your prayer feels empty—say it.
Because consistency invites grace.
And over time, what felt difficult will become your lifestyle.
So don’t be discouraged by the struggle.
Don’t feel like you’re failing because it’s hard.
The difficulty is proof that it matters.
Stay with God.
Lean on Him.
Ask Him for help daily.
Because the altar you are trying to build…
is the same altar God is willing to sustain—if you let Him.
I don’t care who says what inhlonipho (respect) goes a long way.
People who know me know that I am very big on respect.
And when I say respect, I mean respecting everyone, even a child.
Respect says a lot about who you are.
Respect starts at home.
WHAT A DEMON REALLY IS.
Demons aren't hiding in the dark.
They hide in wounds that never got healed.
They wear faces we love the parent who controlled through guilt, the partner who weaponized silence,
the friend who celebrates your pain more than your peace.
A demon is a frequency.
It feeds on shame, envy, fear, and confusion.
It jumps from vessel to vessel, looking for anyone still vibrating in survival.
That's why your healing journey has been so spiritual.
Every boundary you set starves a demon.
Every truth you speak breaks a generational spell.
Every time you choose love over fear, you perform your own exorcism.
Demons don't fear crosses they fear consciousness.
Because once you remember who you are, they lose their host.
You are not fighting darkness, You are transmuting it.

My book, "Let's Have Some T.E.A." - The Currency Of Life: Mastering Time, Energy, and Attention, was born out of the necessity to help people master these essential resources.
I believe that by grasping time, energy, and attention, individuals can transform their daily lives, nurturing their soul, spirit, and body.
This book is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background. I wish I had access to such a book during my matriculation year; it would have saved me from making costly mistakes. The wisdom shared in this book stems from my personal experiences, observations, and insights gained from others' successes.
"Let's Have Some T.E.A." serves as a comprehensive guide to self-development, covering crucial aspects such as relationships, personal well-being, family dynamics, romantic relationships, and spirituality.
It provides a framework for understanding the world's operational dynamics and empowers readers to tap into their potential.
I firmly believe that this book should be a staple in schools, the corporate sector, and family lives. It has the power to uplift, empower, and enable individuals to rise above mediocrity and unlock their true potential.

HEALING WILL MAKE YOU ANGRY.
And if it hasn’t yet, you probably haven’t gone deep enough.
There is a rage that lives beneath survival. A rage that builds when you realize how much of your life was shaped by someone else’s dysfunction.
How much of your personality is a byproduct of having to survive chaos. How many of your choices were never really choices at all, just coping mechanisms disguised as decisions.
And when you finally see it, when you feel it fully, it’s not pretty. But it’s necessary. Because anger is clarity. Anger is boundaries forming in real time. Anger is the nervous system screaming, 'I’m not safe yet.'
Let yourself feel it. It’s not the end of healing. Sometimes, it’s the beginning.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BEINGS OF LIGHT
1 - Very early in their lives, they feel different. Very often he feels isolated from others, alone and misunderstood and will have to find his own way in life.
2- They find it difficult to feel comfortable in traditional workplaces and/or organizational structures. Beings of light are inherently anti-authoritarian, meaning that they naturally resist decisions or values based solely on power or hierarchy. This character trait is there even if they look shy. This is about the very essence of their mission on earth.
3 - Beings of light are drawn to help people, either as a therapist or as a teacher. They can be psychologists, healers, guides, volunteers, etc. Although their profession is not directly related to helping people, their intention to contribute to the greater well-being of humankind is clear.
4 - Their outlook on life is distorted with a spiritual sense of how all things are connected. They consciously or unknowingly carry memories into unearthly spheres of light, can - sometimes - feel nostalgic for these cosmic spheres and feel like strangers on earth.
5 - They deeply revere and respect life, which is often manifested in an affection for animals and a concern for the environment. The destruction of a portion of the earth's animal or plant kingdom by human actions creates in them deep feelings of loss and grief.
6 - They are kind, sensitive and empathetic. They may feel uncomfortable when they are confronted with aggressive behaviour.
They can be distracted, naive, or deep idealists and can easily capture the feelings and moods (negative or positive) of those around them. They need moments of solitude to find themselves with themselves and mother earth, always in harmony with the universal consciousness of God.
7 - They lived many lives on earth where they were deeply absorbed in spirituality. They have been present in a very large number of ancient religious orders from their past, such as monks, nuns, hermitages, mediums, shamans, priests, priests, etc. н. They were the ones who connected the visible and invisible between the everyday context of earthly and extraterrestrial life, connecting the spiritual levels and the kingdom of God of the universe.
To play that role, you have often been removed and persecuted. Many of you have been convicted of the gifts you possess.
That is why today we, the beings of light, no longer fight with shields and swords, but with wisdom and love.
