@MissGGPhillips @PaulGarvey4 In the debrief meeting for this lesson I was asked to describe how the personalised curriculum would work for the boy he had observed in Y5. “He was wearing glasses….” I was expected to know who he was talking about and describe in detail how we met his needs.

@MissGGPhillips @PaulGarvey4 This happened to us in February. Lessons observed, invited for a 30 minute debrief. 1 or 2 mins to say thank you followed by a barrage of questions about safeguarding, staff bullying and SEND. From lots of different angles.
This was AFTER my meeting with him as SENCO.

@educationgovuk I was positive over Christmas. Been negative for a week. Just done a lateral@flow before going back in to school@today. Positive again BUT not allowed a pcr for 90 days. Been trying to get advice by phone and email- I will hear back in 3 days.
