I joined the @2FactorFinance Points Program, and the part I’m actually interested in is how the protocol approaches leverage

Instead of putting a fixed 2x or 3x multiple on every asset, 2Factor uses Kelly-based sizing to determine the leverage

For Bitcoin, the current setup is around 1.33x

The structure then splits capital into senior and junior tranches, with each side taking a different level of exposure to the underlying move

That’s a more interesting approach to me than simply increasing the leverage number

2Factor is built on Base and works with Coinbase, which also creates an interesting connection to the tokenized stocks ecosystem developing there

Season 1 of the Points Program is focused on social activity, education and referrals
