All my life, I’ve never seen a grown man broken like this.

My uncle has a house in Bunamwaya just after Total patrol Station.

When he completed his retirement home, he shifted to Katale, just the next village and decided to rent out the house he vacated, 5 bedrooms, open living room, dining and kitchen … then the 4 boys quarters.

So a blocker connects him to a South Sudanese family claiming they are 7 people and paid 12months advance at 1.2m each month.

They move in and two months in, the neighbors alert our old man that it seems there are more people than the agreed family.

Mzee tries to reach out to the woman and she claims it’s a false alarm.

So now because mzee is retired and has less work to do, he just goes there once in a while to inspect the place to see if there are some renovations to be done.

Mfs had come in and brought more than 20 more housemates, other 3 sets of families, the total number of people living in the house were 26.

The house was in a very poor state, they had clogged the toilets intentionally and using the bathroom as extra sleeping space.

They were only using the pit Latrines outside to ease themselves

Mzee managed to refund their 6months rent to evict them, the house needed renovations I had never seen. Idk if they were taking shit and throwing it at the ceilings.
