While I understand trying to encourage exploration, I don't like this change. It's horrible particularly for rural players. Being able to encounter Giovanni from your ballon just provided accessibility for those who needed it. Not having pokestops in your area is one thing, but some people simply don't have the time to hunt around for Giovanni from Pokestops either. Especially during an event where you only have a limited time to remove frustration.

Hopefully based on feedback they put Giovani back in ballon’s moving forward. There was no reason to remove it. Even if this change seems insignificant to you, it's important to be sensitive to rural players and advocate for more accessibility for those who need it, even if it doesn't affect you personally.

My favorite part of the in-person @PokemonGoApp Fests is definitely the community! Seeing thousands of people walking around playing, putting faces to names and meeting people we’ve connected with online through the years, and how easy it is to meet people, make friends. Everyone’s so nice and the community atmosphere is what makes these events amazing! ❤️

My first ever time doing all 3 Go Fests and I feel so blessed to be able to live out my dreams, and share with so many amazing people. Felt so blessed to have so many people come up to me at the events, was so thankful for everyone who came up. I made memories I’ll never forget, and I am so thankful that I got to spend it with all of you! So glad Adri was able to join for 2 events as well, right after the wedding! WOW!!! What an event! Genuinely just was an incredible experience, I got to meet so many of you guys and so many new people throughout the event which was awesome! Then I got to meet some long time followers for the first time which is always fun too! Just so blessed to be able to do what I do! As far as the haul, tons of hundos and shinies! 189 and 25+ hundos!
