@mkinthuk Ongoing viral outbreaks in UP has nothing to do with lockdown. That was my whole point for the conversation since you claimed that weakened herd immunity is causing these diseases. Viral fever is grappling kids and youngs, and hospital are filling up.

@MikeGillYYC I clicked this pic last year in a hospital in USA. Signboards are in Punjabi, Spanish & English. Hospital administration had put signs out for the public. I was amazed to see Punjabi sign board among other languages.
