The back to school, get the classroom ready in less than a week for 48 new students, is real! Help a teacher get ready for the new year by clearing a list (or two)! #clearthelist#supportateacher https://t.co/FGgCTLicPb
New school year with new students, a new classroom (my 4th classroom in my 7 years teaching), and a new Amazon wish list! Help teachers to help students! I’m hoping to create organized student spaces and add some flexible seating! #clearthelist

Engaging students seems harder than ever! Great podcast by @EdSurge of how to engage students using technology. https://t.co/hfGW5zS4XW #edsurge#sbuITL5613
Bringing technology into teaching can happen at any age! Teach this generation using the tools they have at their fingertips. https://t.co/0oPxDCd1FG #sbuITL5613#edtech
Interesting read about using VR and AR in the classroom! On the list of ISTE hottest tech trends right now! @EdSurge#edtech#trynewthings https://t.co/wQNQKQ2m1R
I have really enjoyed following @EdTech_k12 Blogs and articles! This particular article, 3 Ways to Achieve a Successful School Improvement Initiative, fit my district as we begin year 3 of 1:1 Chrome books for students! #empoweringlearning#edtech https://t.co/XrvVnxjUYN
I thought the same thing as it popped up! I couldn't have planned my wedding, classroom set up, or my girls' birthday parties without it! https://t.co/2T3QOiTifQ
A4 There are so many to choose from! I would say all of the Google Tools/Apps (if that counts as more than one sorry). Google has so many tools that can be versatile for any user. #SBUedtech
Preach!! Giving yourself grace is sometimes really hard...especially with the personality most all teachers share. Great advice! https://t.co/Fvba0rVno3
@Walter5PVE@DavidGeurin I feel like this was the hardest thing I had to overcome this year. Allowing myself some grace to make mistakes and learn! #sbuedtech
A3 I would tell a new teacher to try a few edtech tools for the first year and then continue to try more. Don't try all of these awesome tools at once, it's overwhelming at times. #SBUedtech
Q2 My district has really cool PD days that are geared toward what the teachers want/need. A lot more edtech has been a part of our PD days. I apply that learning with my students a soon as I can. Right now I'm trying stuff out with my summer school kids!

I agree with you there! Many things seem to say a child has to be 13. I'd love a PD where I could get ideas on how to use tech practically for younger grades. https://t.co/srlS29nHtX
A1 I feel one of the biggest challenges is time for me. I have good intentions to use tech and implement it in my classroom, but time get away from me. #SBUedtech
