Coaching at Frederick Douglass HS was the best decision I could hv ever made. My goal was to get college coaches in the gym, players in school, and to equip every girl with the tools to be successful women! Coaching 🏐🏀 🏃🏽‍♀️for 7 years has been a journey. God is faithful!
