Props to @theisabelb for saying the quiet part out loud. This crusade that conservatives are on to push women to have kids is not because they care about women living fulfilling lives; they’re not invested in your overall satisfaction. They just want more political power.
@MattWalshBlog By doing what?? Can anyone explain how a government can end “transgenderism”?? Do you want them to create a law banning transgender people from existing?
@MattWalshBlog@megynkelly How do we stop the spread of trans? Should we wear masks? Get vaccines? If it’s a national security threat, should we deploy the national guard to…some location? Should we enact more red flag laws to ensure that trans people don’t get access to weapons? You support gun control??
This is WILD. Byron Donalds’ wife posted a throwback picture and recounted their first date in 2000. Byron Donalds got married (to someone else) just the year prior.
Remembering the spot where @ByronDonalds asked for my number in the Oglesby Student Union at @FloridaState in the fall of 1999.
Our first “date” came a few months later - on Valentine’s Day 2000.
Thanks, babe, for making all 27 of our Valentine’s Days together so special. ❤️
@sbkaufman I can speak about the set design, production, symbolism, or mood of the event, but in essence, we THOUGHT it was incredible because we simply FELT that way. And that sometimes supersedes an explanation using logic.
I cannot get over the production/set design of the halftime show. Bad Bunny walked through tall, lush foliage and encountered Puerto Rican dads sitting at a card table, and a family watching tv on an antenna box. People vibing outside the bodega having a good time. Beautiful!
@MeghanMcCain Obama getting elected did contribute in part to the rise of Trump, but it was because he became a voice for people who hated Obama’s skin color, not because McCain ran against him. Did you actually reach this conclusion through logic?
@zerochill@ChrisCuomo You’re talking about his personal decision to help a woman get up who was pushed by an ICE agent, before he was dragged to the ground? That was the circumstance leading to his death?
I'm sympathetic to the idea that somebody shouting "gun!" in the middle of a scuffle would cause panic. But if the rule is that shouting "gun!" makes deadly force justified, all you've done is created an incentive for bad officers to shout "gun!" when they want to kill someone.
