This week Community policing officers visited the nursery children at Kirkcaldy North Primary School as part of their People Who Help us topic. The children enjoyed asking questions and trying on the different hats worn by police officers.

@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The first reply clearly shows that your advisor did not read my message. Sky should be ashamed of how they treat their customers! You are discriminating against people who have to work Mon-Fri with no option to take a day off!

Fed up of @skytv not working! However because I work Mon-Fri I can only get an engineer out at the weekend so need to pay for that privilege. @SkyHelpTeam can I ask again, as I asked before why people who work mon-fri and can't just "take a day off" during the week are penalised!

@SkyHelpTeam As I've said I don't have the option to choose a weekday. My only days off from work are weekends so yes people who work Mon-Fri do get penalised by your weekend charges.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I do understand that. My point is I have no choice to book a Saturday appointment due to my job so therefore I am being penalised for working by your company!

No @skytv for 2 days now due to a signal issue. However I refuse to pay £15 for an engineer for a Saturday! Can @SkyHelpTeam explain why people who work weekdays are being penalised for doing so! Ridiculous!

Ordered a @Tesco home delivery. Wasn't allowed to remove crates from the doorstep and was therefore having to decant my food shopping at my front door! How embarrassing! Think I'll be sticking to @asda who think about making it easier for the customer!
