We don’t live in a city with crime. This is literally a scared girl who never has seen this situation before.
I was a block away watching a movie at theater with my kids.

Honestly no, no one recognizes him. Which it’s still a small town vibe here.
It’s all over local Facebook groups.
If it was someone from here we would have known 10 minutes after it was posted.
I’ve lived in twin falls for nearly 28 years and this is the first time there has been an active shooting like this.
