Been on hold to @WestJet for 2.5 hours because they won’t let me accept/decline my flight change that they implemented. No sign of anyone answering and I need to book a flight and get a Covid test so I can go home 😭😭 why are airline customer service departments so awful. ☹️

Awful experience with @Hertz and @Expedia this weekend (didn't have the car I booked and now being charged for damage we didn't cause). Terrible customer service from the staff I have spoken to. On hold to @Hertz customer service to complain now...40 mins and still waiting.

an hour on hold later to be read a script that they would 'deal with the issue as best as possible, so it doesn't happen in future' and given another number to call about the windshield. Such crap service @Hertz

since being accused of "cracking the windscreen" - despite having proof to show otherwise, I have been quoted $464 to fix it and have had nothing but rude service over the phone. SCAM. @Hertz @ExpediaCA (also waiting on an email from them for 6 hours)

tried calling them back @Hertz on marine drive, vancouver. They ignored my number 6 times, called once on my partners phone and they picked up on the first ring. Ridiculous. WILL NOT BE USING @Hertz or @ExpediaCA again and will encourage others to do the same.

Also when you book a 12 seater passenger van to go camping for the weekend, to be told the biggest vehicle they have is a 7 seater? @Hertz @ExpediaCA when attempting to complain, they pass the blame to eachother.
