@IcelandFoods Just spent 45 mins on the phone with your customer service agent who couldn't do jack to help. Also didn't seem to care. Said they'd processed a refund and that I'd get an email... still waiting ON: 270803269. Asked for recording of call via email for complaints procedure also.

@AsdaServiceTeam online order for dlvry Mon. never showed. I called ur CS team n was told wait till 11pm as they cnt do ne thing n that it would cancel n I'd get refund. 48hrs ltr I've been charged order. Can't afford a shop n have to wait for email 2 say if I'm allowed a refund?

@JDhelpteam Funny how if someone owed you money for goods delivered in November. You'd already have a bailiff at their door. Yet you're happy to take people's money and not deliver the goods nearly 3 weeks later. Disgusting,Can't even give me an answer as to when I'll receive it
