@MadisonKirkbri1 @JaneWhiting17 @pritipatel @HM_Passport Spoke to progressionteam, told them escalated service requests had been sent but she said it needs to be upgraded and that it was a different team. She made sure i got a confirmation email, which says to send proof to this team. No idea how/why it’s different, hoping it’s better!

@bgrantmaking @HM_Passport Thank you. We live in Essex so Durham is quite a journey, particularly when we are the driving to France for the holiday, so may have to try our luck with London first, then Durham…hopefully won’t need to do either!🤞🤞

@littlesprite_ @ukhomeoffice @UKHomeSecretary Thank you, have sent a few requests to that address but to no avail unfortunately. Escalation team said they were being sent for examination but was told by progress team they hadn’t and needed to do an urgent upgrade to a different team…no one has a clue what to do basically!

@mrmorton1978 @ukhomeoffice @UKHomeSecretary Thank you, we have contacted @RebeccaHarrisMP CastlePointBC MP over a week ago, however so far she has only been able to tell us they are they are “awaiting examination” (which they have been since the 26th April!) and has moved nothing along at all which is rather disappointing

@JaneWhiting17 @pritipatel We are in a very similar situation now! Applications sent 15 weeks ago! Escalation team have done nothing, travelling next week! Has now been sent to the Liverpool Upgrade Team. Was this successful in the end for you?
