@GIGMobility Hellooo. I booked your bus for my daughter at your Ikotun terminal. First they were to depart 6.30am but never departed until to 8am. Called at 10am still picking passengers at awkward route on the road. Called around 12noon they were queuing for fuel. Whaat!! GIG?

The extra 40k I added to the GIG fare to buy flight ticket when coming back to Lag saved me the hurrible experiences, the anxiety, the trauma, the dangers associated with daytime & midnight road transport - more importantly,I simply walked away from poor services. No tnx to GIG.

@GIGMobility I learnt a lot in these few weeks seeking how to go about redress as a dissatisfied customer. One of those things to do in this part of the world where there are no consumers protection rights is just to simply - WALK AWAY. Just forget the service provider exists.
