@Nguyen_anime3 @darites1de Poorest by what metric? GDP? Sucky metric, skewed because of big companies like apple in California. If you are going by Poverty rate via U.S. Census bureau then you are close. But that is also a bad metric.

@Nguyen_anime3 @darites1de It doesn't take into account cost of living because there is a national Poverty line(based on income) that doesn't change state by state. Most of the states on that list also have the lowest costs of living (Oklahoma, west Virginia, Mississippi).
