@SouthwestAir #1538 in OAK has terrible & inconsistent enforcement at the gate. This is my 4th ride in 6 days and was forced to check my bag despite my “extra” bag fitting under the seat. Yet multiple people walking on with more than 2 bags and I was 100% singled out. /1
