@LucyLamplight@CasinoCapital Not in Scotland. I was surprised too when my nieces were choosing their options. It is compulsory (as either combined or separate sciences) in England.
The Reform County Council are wrong to propose plans that could see 4 Special Educational Needs nurseries close. This includes Sketchley Hill Menphys nursery in Burbage. They must drop these plans https://t.co/B5MyQt33aa
@LeeBraganza Mine are usually hiding on my head next to the pair of lab specs that I canβt find either π€·ββοΈπ Y10 think itβs hilarious !!
@Cjs42Smith Itβs got me thinking about trying to do something similar for methods to produce pure, dry salts. We do IGCSE and we have 3 different scenarios that the Triples need to know. I normally end up with three columns (like your summary table ) but a decision tree may be helpful.
@katherineschof8 Do you have a local service who will come out to you? In Leics we have Tyre Medics. I believe they cover the Midlands. They came within a few hours to me (I was at home) but I understand they try to be quicker if you are stranded.
@jennyeclair I fully get it. When I started teaching I used to spend first few days of any holiday with streaming cold and no energy. Itβs as if you stop fighting and your body gives in!! Get well soon x
@AndrewPRLevi @katherineschof8 Lots of reasons but wanted to maintain opportunities for young people to work, study and travel in Europe. Despite being older felt the twenty somethings in the family had most to lose.
@dralisonj My Mum, based in Scotland had a small procedure today. Info about medication, including blood thinners and the need to eat breakfast was given by the hospital team in a good phone call two weeks ago and in a letter she received last week. It seemed very efficient and reassuring.
@doc_kristy @TeacherTapp I did Scottish Highers and that combo wouldnβt have been unusual. We had to do English and then Chem, Phys, Maths and French.
