I told people it was a Battle Royale, but they didn't believe me. Now you get to enjoy the very good and not at all a second thought PvP mechanics of the Souls series! Enjoy such luxuries as poor netcode, unbalanced damage, bad hitboxes, ect. Good luck!

The Duskblood previews are out and they are pretty positive.

- 8 player matches with each player choosing a unique character.
- Every match has three phases that last ~8 minutes with the goal of acquiring virtue points.
- Virtue points can be acquired by killing enemies/bosses, collecting items, etc.
- In Phase III, the final three players are transported to a closed-off combat arena for Player vs. Player fights with one standing at the end.
- A full match can last about 30 minutes

@sluggwurth @jrb78910 Eh, you get used to the Fromsoft glazers after a while. Most of them dont seem to have ever tried PvP in a Souls game or Bloodborne. I hope they improved it this time because every other time PvPers have been let down by the devs. I want the game to be good but just have no trust

@aFx_Punky Yeah my post is bringing up the PvP experiences of last games, which have all been pretty similar. The netcode has always been shotty and combined with their hitboxes makes PvP a gamble every time you connect to a new person. I'd like it if this game didn't have that problem
