Well dear Twits ..

My unemployed holiday has come to an end and I’ve just climbed the wooden hill to Bedfordshire land as my grandmother used to say ..

Setting my alarm for a not so early start ..
5.30 am to be precise ,
not the usual 4am that I have done for many years ..

So tomorrow starts a new chapter in my life …

I am the new chef at Pilgrims Kitchen in the cloisters of Bury St Edmund’s Cathedral ..

Not a big swanky hotel ,
Not a flashy restaurant..

Just a lovely restaurant serving good honest home cooked food ..

Staff and FOH seem very friendly and the building is absolutely stunning and completely blows you away ..

So wish me luck my darlings ..

I’m looking forward immensely to this next adventure ..

Sweet dreams …
