Bullies gave in to their narcissism and inflicted their will and fist on those who had nothing to do with their struggles.
So no, I do not accept their reasoning, I do not humanize their struggles and hope they live out their lives knowing they caused severe harm.
But as someone who was bullied myself during HS, I refuse to accept a bully’s humanity. We all had difficulties to overcome during childhood, in whatever form that it was.
@tempodotco So I guess we got the answer to the golden question of: “what happens when a literal idiot-runt of the litter gets thrown to the army?”
This.
Gaes sorry tapi aku pemula banget di Makro ekonomi..
Tapi kan kita sudah:
1. Naikin suku bunga BI
2. Intervensi pasar valas “all out” di Hong Kong, Singapura, London, dan New York sekaligus
4. Perketat batas beli dolar tanpa underlying dari $100K → $50K → rencana $25K per orang per bulan
The reason millennials are so nostalgic is that they got a brief taste of a world that wasn’t entirely controlled by the stupidest people who’ve ever lived.
Adik-adik, kakak-kakak semuanya.
- Penyeberangan dikuasai gerombolan preman mabuk miras
- Bantuan TJ dihadang gerombolan preman
Kekacauan dan bandit merajalela.
If Ai replaces all the jobs, where do corporations expect people to earn money to continue being consumers? I am just not understanding why that simple question is not being asked.
Transumnya rugi, tapi secara sistem bikin the whole economy jadi untung. Makin bagus transum, multiplier ekonominya makin tinggi.
Makanya transum itu diskusinya jangan untung rugi. Kalau bahasannya gitu doang mah gaada negara yg mau mulai bikin transum 🤣
I'm happy to announce this new paper — we compile evidence on the extraordinary harms caused by IMF and World Bank structural adjustment programmes in the global South since the 1980s.
The empirical record is devastating: documented negative impacts on wages, poverty, inequality, maternal mortality, infant mortality, healthcare access, etc.
SAPs inflicted misery on the periphery in order to curtail their consumption, scupper independent development, and make labour and resources more cheaply available for the core.

It's actually enraging how the World Bank can suddenly change its mind about industrial policy like "Oops, for the past 45 years we systematically prevented you from using the most obvious tool for sovereign development, keeping you stuck in poverty and dependency, lol".
In a new major report, the World Bank conceded that its decades-long war on industrial policy was wrong, saying its old advice “has not aged well — it has the practical value of a floppy disk today.”
But this is not an intellectual awakening.
The World Bank's doctrine shifted because the means through which Western nations can maintain their dominance shifted — not because economists suddenly discovered new evidence.
The world’s wealthiest nations are now pursuing industrial policy so openly that it can no longer be denied to the rest of the world.
When the geopolitical winds shift, so does the ideology of institutions where wealthy nations' interests are deeply entrenched.
