Swing Failure Pattern (SFP) - The Price Action pattern that helped me get to Seven Figures as a scalper

Simple Price Action Setup I like:

1) Wait for the price to drop below the range low/support

2) Check flows for liquidations—if a significant number of long positions have been liquidated (as stop losses are typically placed below support), take note

3) Look for signs of spot buying. If the price reclaims the range when spot volume delta > Perp volume delta, enter a long position assuming TWAPs on..

4) Set your target between the mid-range (50%) and the midpoint between the mid-range and the range high.

5) Place the stop loss below the dump low.

Backtest this setup in live or replay mode across thousands of charts, and observe the results.

TRADING SYSTEM CHEATSHEET💯

A Complete Trading System has three stages:
- Finding Phase
- Testing Phase
- Triggers And Invalidations

*Finding Phase*
1. Scan multiple Setups, chart patterns what work. Scan 20 of them.
2. Find one trading setup, chart pattern that you think works.

*Testing Phase*
1. Backtest it a 1000 times.
2. Add 'conditions' to enter example - Only enter of above Some EMA.
3. Add indicators. Example - Enter with confluence with RSI divergence.

Define your System.
1. Clearly define what setup you will trade and trade ONLY that setup.
2. Enter clear and simple triggers which defines your Entry.

Example for entry trigger:

Long Entry when-
• Price is above Weekly VWAP
* Spot volume is rising at the same or faster pace as Perp volume
* Wick lows to the left of price have been swept (Sweep = Move below low to the left, but failure to close below)

Same but inverse for shorts.

Once defined, try it live a 1000 times with minium capital.
