@ok6ixx An elderly lady in the queue at the docs was trying to get an appointment and was given nothing. I wanted to cancel my appointment so jumped in and offered her mine. Receptionist was really annoyed, I dont get why. I helped the elderly lady out and it made me laugh.

@MartinSLewis Changed banks with PIP over the phone, simple. With UC, even though I can barely walk, I had to attend Job Centre for an interview and take all my ID and bank card. Cost me £40 in taxis just to sort it and my anxiety was through the roof. Won't be changing banks again 🤬
