Yo @UPS_Canada can you tell your drivers to take actual, clear photos of where they deliver their items? Not only is my package missing, but this is the delivery photo. I live in a massive building, where there's a second, identical building. An apt number would have helped.

@FNTaylorSwift I just cancelled mine. I was saying to a friend, they suck you in with all the passes ending different times, the vbucks etc. Which makes it seem impossible to cancel..But this was the last straw. Why am I paying $19 a month (in cad) to get less stuff.
