@Metaleka_ The past week has seen people getting mad at..
- Americans not wanting to be replaced by UT H1B visa holders.
- a hot girl with her tits out for a marketing campaign
- an AI video and a 20 year old kid giggling about it
All while they cheered on a lady that murdered her 3 kids
@Whittforthewin@JDue51 Agreed. That was really his only self inflicted negative play outside of the fumble. You’re always going to get got at some point and not every play will be a +. Right reads. Right throws. Keep progressing.
@take3_TB Hoffman takes terrible angles every play and seems like he’s always unsure of who to block. If you watch a lot of the plays he’s pulling if he gets his block it’s at minimum a 20 yard run if not a TD
@Metaleka_ Caleb Downs was their Rod Moore. Not only talented but super smart and made sure everyone was in the right spot at all times. A leader etc. the loss of his intangibles might be felt more than his physical skills and that’s saying a lot considering how good he was.
@JorieAulston The guys who follow Michigan closely all said he was MUCH better. The ones who cover the entire sport each week just checked the box score. Anyone who watched that game said Bryce was way better this week. Very few negative plays which is what the team needs from him right now.
@TWH_Chris Why has Hoffman earned the reps? He has been bad in the run game the first two weeks. He’s constantly off with his angles which turns TD runs into 3 yard gains. He isn’t a game changer in the pass game. Find it hard to believe he’s better than Marshall blocking or receiving
@GeeOhEnZeeOHHH@BrooksAustinBA His best throw was to JJ on the 3rd down from inside the 10. Yes he played well.
he still had 2 fumbles (one on a pitch that was a terrible pitch) Again he didn’t play BAD but he also didn’t light it up. Still needs to continue to progress if he wants to be a top tier QB
@therick3745@BrooksAustinBA And I’m completely fine with that. Be a Cade/JJ of 2021/22. You don’t have to win it. Just make the right reads and plays and do what’s asked and don’t lose the game by having mental errors. I’d give his performance for what was asked of him a B. Solid performance.
@therick3745@BrooksAustinBA “Great” is subjective. When I say someone had a great game I mean they were a driving force in why a team won. I think he executed very well what was asked of him. I reserve the team “great” for games where you see someone balled out. I think he managed the game extremely well.
@UMNation23@BrooksAustinBA He played very well for what was asked of him. When I say he didn’t play “great” I mean more he wasn’t the reason they won or played a a level that carried the team. But I think he played very well for what he was asked to do today.
@UMNation23@BrooksAustinBA I agree. He didnt ball out so to speak, but he made the right reads and correct throw which is a massive improvement. I think the game plan was to try and limit mistakes, break the huddle to keep helmet coms open, and not have Bryce have to make a ton of mental checks.
@sbell021 Cole proving what I said in the offseason. He’s terrible getting off blocks. Unless he’s running sideline to sideline he’s not that great. He’s not dog shit but definitely think Bowles is an upgrade and Taylor is very similar if not better
