@enlightenedlg @united To add insult to injury- reboarded the plane at 9:30 to have it cancelled because the pilot was reaching his max hours and no other crews available. How do you not know that 20 mins earlier (or hours when you pushed the flight back so long)!!! 😡😡😡. Horrible customer service!!!

I am still waiting for them to “officially” cancel the flight which is now scheduled to depart at 8:30-but it’s 8 and no boarding announcements have happened. Beyond frustrating. Check into what legal comp you are entitled!

@united your service is atrocious. I had an 11:30 flight that was delayed due to mechanical difficulties. We then sat on the runway for 3 hours before returning. Now saying the flight isn’t cancelled and will go later tonight. Thanks for messing up my long weekend vacation!

@united can’t a refund as flight 776 still isn’t cancelled. Love spending the entire day and evening waiting for an 1.5 hr flight - Not! Would have been quicker to drive!!!

@WAGSocialCare I don’t normally book at Walgreens due to the additional personal info needed to make an account which limits access for the 65+ people trying who may not be computer literate.

@Walgreens - extremely disgusted that a teacher booked an appt at your spring valley, ny location to show up on time and find out they gave her shot away because she didn’t answer the phone in the am- SHE WAS TEACHING and couldn’t! Why make appointments that you won’t honor?

@WAGSocialCare I made the appointment for her as I have made a few hundred for seniors and teachers. Only had a problem at Walgreens. She had a confirmation code and pharmacist told her that they didn’t know she was coming so didn’t have a shot for her.
