New outlet offering exclusive data, deep dives, renter guides, and critical analyses of the news affecting the roof over your head and the streets you walk on
What am I doing that I accused you of exactly, editorializing? Yes, it’s commentary. However, when you specifically call your subjects puritans , speculate about their motivations, and call them slurs, it’s hard to take you seriously when you say that you experienced it “without conclusion”
Tbh as a profile on overly online right wing types false imaginations, it works. Everyone in his life tells him that they’ll kill him, but they’re just polite. They barely even say anything when he pulls out the Meta glasses

"[Montefiore] President and CEO Dr. Philip Ozuah’s salary was listed at more than $16.6 million ... By contrast, the cost to operate the Norwood News, including salaries, was paltry — around $211,000 a year." via @katie_honan https://t.co/DrikDj3P3v
Everything you ask of is a compressed prediction of what it thinks you want from it. It does not know what you actually want and are interested in, and every time you rely on it for a part of your research and writing, your output is constrained and compressed even further. So, your end product will be the intellectual equivalent of a deep fried meme from 2012, compared to a novel, new, or interesting image.
I am actually against using Chat or any other AI programs to do your school assignments for you. That being said: using it as a research tool is entirely fine so long as you actually still learn something.
@OctorokR You lose information in the AI’s “discernment and categorization” process. Learning to know how to do that yourself is an important part of the research process, because those categories are themselves open for debate, and will be flattened and homogenized by AI

Montefiore cited “resources” as the reason it put the Norwood News on “indefinite hiatus.” But the local paper cost ~ $200K annually, less than most salaries at the affiliated nonprofit that ran it and millions less than they spent at McKinsey https://t.co/Q63tRIJuCY
Update from me: 'Black Unemployment Hints at a Job Market in Worse Shape Than It Seems'
was torn on this
reacting hastily to a 1month u3 spike is borderline irresponsible - but the vibe shift on Diversity in Corp. America + data on college edu Black women shows the pain is real
I don’t cover trans issues anymore and don’t have contacts in the UK. However, this is something that a major outlet should look into. If true, this is severe, deadly mistreatment, and should be reported on.
in case you didn't know a trans woman was denied care for cancer in the UK because they refused to put her on either sex segregated ward (mens or womans). she died because of this. 16 days without treatment and she died. this new guidance has killed and will kill trans people
Opinion: Streeteasy is not a viable data source for this type of map. Anything affordable in many of these neighborhoods is accessed through word of mouth, or informal social media groups. Also, much of why you will like or dislike a neighborhood is based on qualitative factors.
where in nyc should you live? pick your office, filter down to what you're looking for, and see every neighborhood ranked by rent vs commute. built from craigslist and streeteasy listings https://t.co/fcEyewQfcD
