Federal law explicitly gives the president power to suspend or restrict the entry of ‘all aliens or any class of aliens’ when he finds their entry detrimental to U.S. interests (8 U.S.C. § 1182(f)). That authority has been used by presidents of both parties and upheld by the Supreme Court in the context of the Trump travel proclamations.
•DHS and CBP, under statutes passed by Congress, can manage and even temporarily close ports of entry for security reasons, change how asylum is processed, expand expedited removal, and surge or reduce enforcement resources.
•On top of that, administrations routinely use other lawful tools - parole programs, Remain in Mexico–style policies, public-health–based restrictions, and interior enforcement priorities - to shape what happens at the border.
This is the best preserved medieval street in Europe.
Recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086, The Shambles in York, England has had shops trading on it for nearly a thousand years. It's older than the Crusades.
@cptdankkk I agree with this completely in principle though I can't afford chanel jackets myself. I believe its better to own fewer, high-quality items and take good care of what you own. It's a matter of intention and pride.

@cptdankkk@robbertleusink Whether or not this case makes sense, is irrelevant. The point is that people leak tons of money in impulsive or small purchases for goods and services, but rarely spend a large amount on long term targets. Then they say they can't afford it and pick the cheapest overpriced crap.
Kevin O’Leary says your closet is full of crap and you should start buying quality
"My mother taught me don't buy crap. She used to only buy one Chanel jacket a year, but a really good one"
"When she died, there was a cat fight for her clothing amongst the women in my family because they were now vintage Chanels"
"Most people if you go look in your closet it's full of crap you don't need. Don't buy the crap, buy the good stuff and just buy less of it"
When we first found out we were having a daughter, our friend @JobobTaeleifi told us that “God gives girls to very special men—it takes a very specific type of man to raise strong young girls.”
I’ve never forgotten it, and perhaps no one embodies that biblical masculine strength more than @NickJFreitas.
Thank God for great girl dads… the world needs a whole lot more of them.
@TRHLofficial Joke's on them. Your daughter is growing up seeing what it means to be a genuinely strong woman with her priorities straight standing up for her beliefs and anchoring her family. May you continue to rise rapidly. You have some real fans. God bless ❤️
