フランスで起きてい��暴動や略奪行為について、私の考えをお伝えしたいと思います。

はっきり申し上げますと、彼らの苛立ちや憎悪の背景には、日本の漫画を熱狂的に愛し、その文化を自分たちのものとして取り込んできたことも、大きく関係していると考えています。

しかし、残念ながら、彼らの理解力では���日本文明の繊細さや、作品に込められた深い思想や価値観を十分に読み取ることができていません。

例えば、『ONE PIECE』のルフィです。

彼らは、ルフィが海賊であり、権力に逆らい、時には敵の建物を破壊する姿を見て、自分たちが商店を襲い、街を破壊し、略奪することも、ルフィの反逆精神を体現する行為なのだと思い込んでいるのです。

しかし、これは作品の本質を完全に取り違えています。

ルフィなら、彼らに襲われている小さな商店の店主や、略奪の被害に遭っている一般市民を守るために、自分の命さえ懸けて戦うでしょう。

ルフィが守るのは、権力や暴力に苦しめられる普通の人々です。彼が戦う相手は、まさに彼らのように、弱い立場の人々を踏みにじる者たちなのです。

ところが、こうした暴動や略奪に��わる人々の多くは、物事を深く理解する力に欠け、他者への共感も乏しく、自分たちの目先の利益しか見えていません。

そして、自分たちの行為を正当化してくれる存在を探し求めます。

その代表が、フランスの極左勢力です。

極左勢力は、彼らをひたすら社会の犠牲者として扱い、「貧困」「人種差別」「差別待遇」といった言葉を並べ立て、あらゆる問題の責任を社会に押し付けます。

さらには、「革命」や「既存の社会秩序の破壊」といった思想を与えることで、略奪や暴力にまで政治的な大義名分を与えてしまうのです。

彼らにとって、こうした言説は、自分たちの行為を正当化するための都合のよい口実となっています。

そこに加わるのが、日本の漫画を表面的にしか理解しないまま取り込んだ文化と、アメリカのギャングスタ・ラップに由来する、暴力や反社会���な行動を美化する文化です。

こうして、反抗すること自体が正義であり、破壊することが英雄的な行為であるかのような、歪んだ価値観が生まれているのだと思います。

彼らは、自分たちを不正義と戦う物語の主人公だと思い込んでいます。

しかし実際には、彼らが憧れるルフィのような主人公が、命を懸けて倒そうとする悪役そのものになっているのです。

日本の素晴らしい作品が、このように誤解され、暴力や略奪を正当化するために利用されていることを、一人のフランス人として大変残念に思います。
