.@jamestalarico: I've had a lot of interviews with national media. No one's ever asked me about the cost of housing. No one's asked me about the cost of prescription drugs. The only thing the media wants to ask me about are trans athletes.
The only minority destroying this country is the billionaires. Trans people are 1% of the population. Undocumented people are 1% of the population. We are all focused on the wrong 1%.
Trans people aren't taking away our healthcare. Undocumented people aren't defunding our schools. It's the billionaires and their puppet politicians
Texas State has the best resume of any mid-major. They should be an easy choice for the NCAA tournament either way, but the Bobcats did keep their Sun Belt title hopes alive with a 5-run comeback against JMU.
Congrats to UAFS Vice Chancellor for Athletics, Recreation, Health and Wellness Curtis Janz for being selected as one of the 28 NACDA Athletics Directors of the Year!

.@JamesTalarico: Can you name a school where it has been confirmed that students are using litter boxes?
Republican: W-well… This bill prevents that from happening
Talarico: Can you name a school where that’s happening?
Republican: N-no I cannot
Talarico: I find it concerning that these types of debunked conspiracy theories are being used by politicians at the highest levels of our government who know that they're incorrect. This whole thing is just weird and honestly a little creepy, and I think that's the point because this is all, in my opinion, a manufactured, debunked smear campaign against our Texas public schools.
These culture war attacks are nothing more than an effort to discredit our public schools to justify defunding those public schools. Texas librarians are not grooming kids, Texas teachers are not indoctrinating kids, and Texas schools are not providing litter boxes. And I think the most disappointing part about all this is that I think you know that.
@4thandsaturday Over the three game series with @UTRGVBaseball approximately 14,000 fans! This is how we rally the Valley! As a KS girl and a KU grad who now lives in Edinburg TX it was a fun series!
