@Joewalton9090 @BruceLeVinePuck PLEASE NO MORE INJURIES, and maybe give us a fee stanky goals 😂😂😂

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@Joewalton9090 @BruceLeVinePuck Specially vegas, i imagine bichsel will be in line with Dumba, deboer mentioned about how its about as big a rivalry as you can get in the league, us vs vgk so i imagine hes holding some game time decisions as a surprise to keep them guessing a-little

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@Joewalton9090 @BruceLeVinePuck My guess from practice yesterday. Smith plays forward like he did in practice maybe covers for hintz who might need another game off? nils healthy scratch? and bichsel slots in for him?

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@Samwright565026 @JHeydtP @k3monii @EricLDaugh Committed and charged are completely different😂, you are correct pardons dont cover FUTURE crimes only crimes committed and potentially committed previously,

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@k3monii @Samwright565026 @JHeydtP @EricLDaugh I didnt have it in me to tell them 😂 like this isnt new, SCOTUS established this in 1886, and for sure isnt the first time a preemptive pardon has been granted

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@Samwright565026 @JHeydtP @EricLDaugh Unlikely but it is a double edge sword, SCOTUS has previously ruled that the presidents pardons are “Unlimited” and can include offenses not yet been the subject of legal proceedings, but ALSO ruled pardons cary an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it.

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@damp_webs @itz_venkatesh @DiscussingFilm @sw_holocron Tales of the jedi really kind of played fast and loose with what was established, i could be wrong but if im remembering right i think the ahsoka book was also Partially retconned by tales of the jedi

@micyoung75 @tina_tampabay @mrddmia I thought this was a bench trial and didnt have a jury?

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@JasonHornbuckle @InvestOrTradeX @CollinRugg Also in 1861 if we include current president, tyler, fillmore, van buren, pierce, buchanan, and lincoln

[Kevin Holland @Kcholland117]

@InvestOrTradeX @LawDawg_32 @CollinRugg Hey! Interesting question, one i was also curious about, after a brief search i think the only other time with more is 1861 briefly? Tyler, Van Buren, Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan, and then president at the time Lincoln making 6, most recent history though had max out at 5
