Very exciting career day, put together by our PhD students and post-doc reps: https://t.co/iPwtgFIqm7
There are plenty of great jobs for scientists out there, come have a look, and chat to people!
Job alert!! @KCLImmunoMicro are recruiting for two new academic jobs: Lecturer in Microbial Pathogenesis https://t.co/WmuM2PYaWc and L/SL in Infectious Disease https://t.co/Eh3zvU5A7R
It’s a pleasure to host (twitterless?) Andres Leschziner, from @UCSanDiego as our seminar speaker this week, presenting some amazing #cryoEM structures of dynein in action!
Please spread, 2 postdoc positions available to explore the intersection of fundamental biology and machine learning. #machinelearning#AI@KclRandallMol@RBiophysics Our lab is expanding to the heart of London!

Stunning work from our neighbours from across the street, showing for the first time that bacteria can hijack the calcium signalling pathway! Congrats to authors @Joewanford@Noemie_Alphonse and @COdendall (and with contribution from our own @sashalevans and @BergeronLab)
Researchers from @KCLImmunoMicro & @KCLBMBioscience have shed light on the molecular process shigella uses to prevent our bodies' cells from recognising impending infection.

Atherton @JoeAthertonKCL, Moores @CarolynMoores1 @BirkbeckUoL &co @KclRandallMol@KingsCollegeLon provide insights into the cytoskeletal ultrastructure of axonal growth cones; more in our Research highlight: https://t.co/OtjcB1728a
The article by Atherton @JoeAthertonKCL, Moores @CarolynMoores1 @BirkbeckUoL &co @KclRandallMol@KingsCollegeLon visualising the cytoskeletal machinery in neuronal growth cones using cryo-electron tomography is #openaccess: https://t.co/GIZRSfPHYI
Today we have an exciting event in the Randall: a symposium with presentations from our recent Fellows and new PIs, who started their lab during the pandemic. It was definitely a difficult time to start a lab, so it's particularly nice to see what they have been up to!
