Politically Correct Summary of #Hyena:
Cutthroat lawyer blurs the lines of law and ethics while falling in love with her opponent. Despite her bad wig, she gets co-opted by the man for her shenanigans, but something is amiss. It’s hard out here for a lady pimp lawyer. #kdrama

Hi everyone!
@Twitter has decided not to reinstate my original @chinyereosuji account. As a result, I’m signing off of this platform. You can find me on Insta at @drchifromdachi and on Tik Tok at @chinyere123. I’m also still on Facebook, believe it or not! Sayonara suckasss!
Hollywood too often still ignores critiques of wealthy elites and inequality. Nollywood shows have these same issues.
Kdramas give me a critique of inequality I’ve needed for a while.
Thinking a lot and occasionally writing about what Kdramas tell us about South Korean society, how Black viewers and viewers of color understand these shows and Korean society, and what it means to be human.
Kdramas have given me everyday discussion (and increasingly critiques) of capitalism, classism, and globalization. Squid Games is just the most popular one to do so. I’ve written about it here. https://t.co/sM52hvTC0n
@festerfaster Isn’t it sad? It would be a heavy lift to change those laws. I hope tattoo parlors can organize to gain legitimacy by the State when so many in the society already use their services.
@AmmahStarr I work in a Public Health Dept and so many coworkers don't mask. We don't have adequate ventilation. It's so fucked. Constant COVID going around. If PH doesn't care, how can the community be expected to?
