@OVOEnergy I am a landlord. I took the flat over from the tenant in Aug. You hadn’t billed me, so I contacted you to create an account and pay for 3 months of energy bills - which I did yesterday in FULL.

Today you started to send emails telling me I still had money to pay (1/3)

Today they finally found it, in a plant pot, exposed to the elements and eaten by animals! This is Australia!

@RoyalMailHelp Hi - I’ve done that, but no one has responded and there is still no tracking information after the 12th of December. I don’t believe that the parcel can take this long to get from the UK to Australia. This is shocking service.
